8. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Actions Upon Receipt of a Valid Complaint

Upon receiving a complete and compliant complaint, ECXWIKD reserves the right to take the following actions:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
• Disable all links directing to the allegedly infringing material;
• Notify the alleged infringing party of the removal or disabling of access to the relevant material;
• Terminate access to and use of the ECXWIKDServices by any user or third party who repeatedly infringes upon the intellectual property rights of ECXWIKD or others, in accordance with our Terms of Service or other applicable policies.

Copyright Statement
